This is the second time we have held the art contest to celebrate the Chinese New Year here at Almaden. Once again, we have had overwhelming responses and participation from our talented kids. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, we had to cancel the event and contest due to the shelter-at-home rule from the state authorities. At this special time of history, the organizing committee made the decision that all the participants will have a participation certificate and small prize, which will be distributed once the shelter-at-home rule is lifted. Let’s cheer for our young artist and talented kids. A special thanks must be given to Mrs. Zhou from Gigi Art Studio for helping us instructing the requirements, collecting all arts and scanning into the digital copies. If you live in Almaden and would like to find a great art teacher, Mrs. Zhou will be great fit for your child.
